As part of the transaction, Alan Dance, who leads GDM, will join Soltis as Director of Tax at Soltis Tax Solutions, an affiliate of the firm. He will be joined by an 11-person team of tax and advisory professionals, working closely with Soltis advisors to embed tax planning into the firm’s holistic wealth management approach.
The partnership also positions Soltis to support other firms seeking to expand their capabilities through integrated tax and accounting services, further reinforcing its strategy of building a full-service advisory platform.
