Somero: H1 Revenue Rises 22% To $48.7 Million, Raises FY26 Guidance

Somero Enterprises reported first-half 2026 revenue of $48.7 million, up 22%, as growth returned across every geographic region and most product categories.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 59% to $10.1 million, with adjusted EBITDA margin expanding to 20.7% from 15.9%. Profit before tax rose to $9.1 million from $4.9 million, while adjusted net income doubled to $6.6 million.

Operating cash flow increased to $7.1 million from $4.1 million, and Somero ended the period with $29.6 million in net cash.

The concrete leveling equipment manufacturer generated 80% of its revenue in North America, where sales increased 22% to $38.9 million. New customers represented approximately 28% of North American direct machine revenue, compared with 19% in the prior-year period.

Boomed Screed revenue increased 33% to $17.6 million, Ride-On Screed revenue increased 45% to $10.2 million and 3-D Profiler System revenue increased 55% to $4.2 million. Aftermarket Parts & Service revenue increased 9% to $9.1 million.

European revenue increased 41% to $4.9 million, Australian revenue increased 12% to $2.4 million and Rest of World revenue increased 7% to $2.5 million.

Somero returned $9.2 million to shareholders during the first half through dividends and buybacks. The company completed $5.8 million of share repurchases and subsequently added another $6 million to its buyback authorization for the remainder of 2026.

Its interim dividend increased to $0.05 per share from $0.04. Somero said it has returned approximately $180 million to shareholders over its lifetime.

Following the stronger performance and healthy customer backlogs, Somero raised fiscal 2026 guidance to approximately $95 million in revenue, $19.5 million in adjusted EBITDA and $29 million in cash.
