Source One Staffing has acquired regional staffing firm TempsNow, a deal that broadens Source One’s footprint across the Midwest and adds deeper coverage in industrial end markets spanning manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and related light industrial roles. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Based in the industrial and manufacturing staffing market, Source One said the acquisition extends its presence across Illinois, Wisconsin and Ohio through TempsNow’s established customer base and service capabilities. TempsNow provides staffing across warehouse and logistics operations, manufacturing, electronics, facilities services, packaging and co-packaging.
Source One currently operates across Dallas/Fort Worth, Chicago and St. Louis, and said the combined organization will continue operating under the Source One Staffing brand. TempsNow employees will join Source One, with the companies emphasizing continuity of service for existing clients and associates.
Executives framed the deal as a way to scale workforce solutions and performance outcomes across industrial sectors, supported by expanded resources, technology and experience. Source One said it brings more than three decades of staffing expertise, while TempsNow has built a local reputation for responsiveness and service quality in Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
