Sowell Management Launches Cache River Private Wealth To Serve High-Net-Worth Households

Sowell Management, a registered investment advisor serving financial advisors and their clients nationwide, has launched Cache River Private Wealth, a wholly owned division purpose-built to serve households with $5 million or more in net worth. The new division is designed to offer a family office lite experience, combining advanced planning, portfolio architecture, and coordinated tax strategies under one platform.

Cache River Private Wealth positions itself around stewardship, stability, legacy, and a multi-generational approach that supports coordination across family generations and alignment with long-term financial objectives. The division will offer estate planning, business succession planning, wealth transfer strategies, and proactive multi-year tax optimization, drawing on both in-house expertise and third-party specialists.

Advisors joining the division will have access to Sowell’s existing infrastructure of tools, systems, and resources, alongside enhanced planning, investment, and marketing support. Cache River Private Wealth will also offer an Advisor Partnership Program focused on long-term business development and succession planning, designed to attract experienced advisors who serve high-net-worth clients.

Rob Emrich III will serve as Chief Growth Officer for Cache River Private Wealth, leading efforts to attract advisors to the platform. Emrich brings experience in institutional-caliber portfolio construction and derivatives-based income strategies. He will work closely with Bill Sowell, Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Sowell Management, on growth initiatives.
