Spark Dealer Group has acquired Landscape Supply, an outdoor power equipment and landscape supply business serving the Central Texas market.
Based in Waco, Landscape Supply has established itself as a regional leader through a combination of equipment sales, contractor-focused supply offerings, and customer service for both professional and residential customers. The company serves commercial cutters, contractors, and homeowners throughout Central Texas.
Day-to-day operations will continue to be led by General Manager and co-founder Curtis Goolsby. The existing customer service model and product offerings will remain in place following the acquisition. Spark Dealer Group said it plans to support the business with additional resources and expanded product offerings while maintaining the current local operating structure and team.
As part of the transaction, Landscape Supply will gain access to Spark Dealer Group’s centralized resources, including marketing support and operational systems. Customers are expected to continue receiving the same level of service and reliability.
Spark Dealer Group is a long-term owner of independent outdoor power equipment dealerships across the United States. The company partners with local operators to preserve dealership identity while providing centralized operational support.
