Sparrow, a leader in employee leave management technology, has raised $35 million in a Series B funding round led by SLW, increasing its total investment to $64 million.

The company will use the funds to scale its innovative leave management technology and address related labor compliance issues. Sparrow’s comprehensive solution streamlines compliance for HR professionals, enhancing the experience for both HR and employees, while improving retention and engagement.

Customers like Eightfold AI have reported significant financial returns from their investment.
