Specialty Fenestration Group, a Houston-based specialty fenestration platform and portfolio company of River Associates Investments, has been acquired by Victor Capital Partners. The transaction was advised by BlackArch Partners, which served as the company’s exclusive financial advisor.
Specialty Fenestration Group is composed of two established brands: Quikserv Inc., a provider of proprietary pass-through windows and transaction systems, and United States Bullet Proofing, which develops high-security window and door solutions. Together, the brands have more than 35 years of leadership in their respective markets.
Quikserv designs and manufactures engineered pass-through window and transaction systems that support customer operations across a wide range of industries including commercial, food service, healthcare, entertainment, financial services and hospitality. United States Bullet Proofing focuses on security-focused systems designed to safeguard people and infrastructure. Its installations span government buildings, educational institutions, houses of worship, military facilities, healthcare environments and industrial sites.
United States Bullet Proofing also supplies forced entry and ballistic-resistant as well as blast-rated aluminum fenestration products for U.S. embassies and diplomatic facilities worldwide. The company operates as part of an exclusive group of vendors approved by the U.S. Department of State.
