Spencer Stuart announced an agreement to integrate Zurich-based leadership advisory firm Dr. Bjørn Johansson Associates into its global organization, strengthening its position in Switzerland and expanding its advisory capabilities across key markets.
The combination supports Spencer Stuart’s strategy of broadening its client reach and enhancing its services at the intersection of leadership and strategy. The addition of Dr. Bjørn Johansson Associates is expected to deepen the firm’s relationships with leading organizations in Switzerland and across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Founded 33 years ago by Dr. Bjørn Johansson, the Swiss firm has established a strong reputation advising organizations in healthcare, industrials, luxury goods, and financial services. Its local expertise and longstanding client relationships complement Spencer Stuart’s existing operations in Switzerland.
Following the transaction, Dr. Bjørn Johansson and his team will join Spencer Stuart. The integration will be overseen by Dr. Sigrid Artho, who leads Spencer Stuart’s Swiss business.
Spencer Stuart, founded in 1956, operates more than 60 offices in over 30 countries and provides executive search, board recruitment, succession planning, executive assessment, leadership development, and organizational performance advisory services.
