Sphinx, a developer of Counterintelligence (CI) and cyber tools, announced it has acquired Enigma International. This acquisition significantly enhances Sphinx’s ability to protect defense and commercial security clients from advanced threat actors by integrating Enigma’s expertise in language and systems development.
Enigma’s capabilities and values align with Sphinx’s “mission-first excellence” and its Solution and Value Delivery (SOLVD) Model, which employs data-first design, automation, and AI augmentation to counter sophisticated adversaries.
The acquisition also provides Sphinx with expanded access to the Federal Government through key contracts such as GSA OASIS+ and DIA DLITE II. This will further enable the deployment of Sphinx’s Advanced Intelligence & Security (AxIS) software product line, including AxIS-CI, a purpose-built solution designed to provide commanders with modern and AI-enabled tools for collaborative and automated CI mission operations.
