Music streaming service Spotify announced it has launched a new “Daily Wellness” playlist filled with a mix of music you might recognize along with curated wellness podcasts and motivational content to get help kickstart your day.
“Taking a moment—or two—for yourself is especially important these days. Yet wellness is deeply personal. Some center their wellness around eating healthy and exercising, while others focus on positive thinking and small acts of self-care,” said Spotify in a statement. “Every morning, the playlist will greet you with positive, motivational content to kickstart your day. In between inspirational podcasts like Daily Quote and Yoga Girl Daily, you’ll find personalized music to help you rise and shine. Our goal? To help you feel like you could conquer the world, one day at a time. “
And Spotify will refresh the playlists at night with content that is a bit more relaxing. The evening edition is building to help you get a better night’s sleep.
The new “Daily Wellness” playlist can be found in the “Mad For You” section in the mobile, desktop, and web versions of Spotify for free and premium users in the U.S. and U.K.
