Springline Advisory has formed a partnership with Actuarial Resources Corporation, a Kansas City-based actuarial software and consulting firm, in a move aimed at expanding Springline’s insurance-focused advisory capabilities and adding specialized actuarial technology to its platform.
Under the partnership, Springline will combine its scale and broader advisory resources with ARC’s actuarial domain expertise and software development capabilities. The firms said the combination will deepen technical services available to insurance clients and support a wider range of actuarial consulting and modernization engagements, including initiatives that connect actuarial functions with IT teams and enterprise data and process workflows.
Founded in 1987, ARC has operated for nearly four decades in actuarial consulting and software for insurers. The firm developed ARCVAL, an application used by more than 50 insurance companies for the valuation of life, annuity, and health insurance products. Springline said ARC’s software experience and client service approach align with its goal of building an advisory firm platform focused on forward-looking solutions for middle-market and enterprise clients.
The announcement also positions the partnership within Springline’s ongoing expansion strategy. Springline noted that it recently completed a strategic transaction with Infinity Globus and Smart Accountants, which it said reflects its focus on international growth, expanding service delivery capacity, and advancing its broader approach to integrating global talent. Springline added that it continues to pursue additional investments in middle-market accounting and business advisory firms across the United States.
ARC said it serves domestic and global insurers with actuarial services spanning modernization efforts and integrated data and process solutions. The company is also described as being ranked ninth in the United States by life loss reserves, and as a recognized provider of services related to financial reporting actuarial systems and processes.
