Sprouts.ai announced that it has raised $9 million in a Pre-Series A funding round led by True Global Ventures and Accel, bringing the company’s total funding to $14 million. The company is building AI-native Revenue Agents powered by a proprietary go-to-market data layer designed for B2B enterprises.
Headquartered in Palo Alto, Sprouts.ai focuses on helping enterprise revenue teams identify, enrich, engage, and convert customers through AI-driven workflows and data intelligence. The platform integrates directly into enterprise systems including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, while also working with large language models such as Anthropic’s Claude.
The company said its Deep AI GTM Engine powers capabilities including complex query search, buyer committee mapping, relationship networks, product heatmaps, and autonomous AI workflows. Sprouts.ai aims to replace fragmented revenue technology stacks with a unified AI-native intelligence layer that cleans and enriches enterprise data.
According to the company, modern B2B enterprises often operate across more than 20 go-to-market tools, creating fragmented and inaccurate data environments. Sprouts.ai cited research from Gartner indicating that 85% of enterprise AI initiatives fail because of poor-quality data. The company added that CRM systems frequently contain stale or incomplete records, creating challenges for sales and marketing teams attempting to deploy AI solutions.
Sprouts.ai said its platform automatically discovers ICP-qualified accounts, enriches contact data, surfaces buying signals, and automates outreach across channels. The company reported that customers including Razorpay, Hewlett Packard, HighRadius, and Udemy have experienced measurable gains using the platform, including increased qualified leads, higher response rates, and lower tooling costs.
Founded in 2023 by Karan Chaudhry, Kapil Chaudhry, and Avinash Nagla, the company said the new funding will support product development, expansion of its AI agent capabilities, and broader enterprise distribution.
