Spryker: New Funding Round Raised To Advance B2B Commerce Growth And AI Innovation

Spryker has completed a new financing round led by TCV and One Peak, with support from Project A, as the company looks to accelerate product innovation and expand profitable growth across Europe and global B2B commerce markets.

The Berlin, Hamburg, and New York-based commerce platform provider is positioning the new capital as a catalyst to extend its market presence as manufacturers, distributors, and service organizations increasingly move away from traditional sales models toward digital ecosystems. Spryker said its platform helps enterprises implement marketplaces, subscription services, and vendor portals with measurable operational and cost advantages, while also providing what it describes as a model-agnostic AI foundation and agentic AI suited for complex B2B processes, along with AI-assisted developer productivity.

Spryker framed the investment against rising demand for modern commerce platforms in Europe and beyond, as enterprises seek to replace legacy systems, reduce costs, and adopt new revenue models. The company said it is focused on delivering faster time to value to customers as B2B digitalization accelerates.

Customer commentary in the announcement highlighted expected operational impact from deployments. Ricoh Australia said it anticipates significant reductions in logistics administration costs and call volume, alongside automation of customer requests, while Daimler Truck Overseas described digital commerce as a growing revenue engine and said its deployment has created a scalable foundation that began in parts sales in Australia and South Africa and is now intended to serve as a blueprint for additional overseas markets.

Spryker also pointed to industry recognition, noting it has been rated as a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Commerce and recognized as a global leader in the 2025 Gartner Critical Capabilities report for Digital Commerce.
