Squire Patton Boggs Adds Oksana Lashko As National Co-Chair Of Creditors’ Committee Practice

Squire Patton Boggs has added Oksana Lashko as a partner in New York and National Co-Chair of its Creditors’ Committee Practice, continuing the expansion of the firm’s global Restructuring & Insolvency team.

Lashko joins from Morrison Foerster and brings extensive experience representing official and ad hoc creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, institutional lenders, bondholders, administrative agents and companies.

Her work encompasses Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings and cross-border insolvency matters.

Lashko also advises on liability management transactions, debtor-in-possession and exit financing, Section 363 sales, plan negotiations and bankruptcy litigation.

Her creditors’ committee experience includes Chapter 11 cases involving Del Monte Foods, Saks Global, Accuride, Instant Brands, Briggs & Stratton and Ravn Air.

The appointment follows several restructuring lateral hires by Squire Patton Boggs over the past year in New York and the U.K.

Its Restructuring & Insolvency Practice includes more than 130 lawyers across 36 offices in 15 countries.
