SRS Acquiom entered into an agreement to acquire Pantarai, expanding its capabilities across syndicated loans, private credit, trade closing, and loan technology.
Pantarai provides specialized loan technology, high-touch closing services, and middle-office solutions across primary and secondary broadly syndicated loans and private credit markets.
The company was founded by industry professionals with experience spanning investment firms, banks, and financial technology providers.
SRS Acquiom plans to use the acquisition to broaden its existing Loan Agency platform beyond traditional agency services.
As part of the transaction, SRS Acquiom will establish a new Loan Solutions business encompassing loan closing, transaction support, and technology.
The combined offering is intended to support clients throughout more of the lifecycle of complex loan transactions.
SRS Acquiom currently provides administrative agent, collateral agent, sub-agent, and successor agent services for syndicated and bilateral loans.
Its senior Loan Agency professionals operate across the U.S. and London.
The acquisition is also intended to strengthen SRS Acquiom’s position as private credit markets continue to expand and broadly syndicated loan transactions become more operationally complex.
