StackGen Buying OpsVerse To Advance Autonomous Infrastructure Vision

StackGen, a leader in autonomous infrastructure technology, has acquired OpsVerse, a provider of AI-powered DevOps automation solutions. This acquisition brings OpsVerse’s main product, Aiden —an intelligent DevOps assistant that utilizes AI to automate tasks and provide insights —into StackGen’s platform, thereby strengthening the company’s AI capabilities.

This move supports StackGen’s goal of creating fully autonomous infrastructure by combining OpsVerse’s automation strengths with StackGen’s current AI agents. Aiden will help StackGen offer infrastructure that can build itself, manage itself, heal itself, and optimize itself at a large scale.

The combination aims to build on OpsVerse’s success, which includes clients such as Piramal, Snapmint, Corcentric, GreytHR, and Orolabs.

The acquisition improves StackGen’s platform in several ways:

  1. Better AI Agent Capabilities: Aiden’s AI automation will enhance StackGen’s existing AI tools, helping them generate infrastructure, fix issues, and improve performance more effectively.
  2. User-Friendly Monitoring Solutions: OpsVerse’s product, ObserveNow, will still be available as part of StackGen’s offerings. This easy-to-use system allows customers to quickly monitor their operations.

  3. Wider DevOps Automation: OpsVerse’s experience in DevOps will add new features to StackGen’s platform, allowing better management of infrastructure from development to production.

  4. Valuable Engineering Talent: Key engineers from OpsVerse will join StackGen, bringing expertise in AI and infrastructure automation. This team will help improve product development.

StackGen commits to providing ongoing support for all existing OpsVerse customers. Aiden and ObserveNow will continue to receive full support as customer relationships transition smoothly to StackGen’s support team.

This acquisition was completed as an asset purchase, meaning OpsVerse will now operate under StackGen. Aiden will be a key part of StackGen’s infrastructure platform, and OpsVerse engineers will help with product development.

StackGen will integrate Aiden’s features into its platform. Enhanced automation tools will be available to customers through a Design Partner Program, with more details to come in the second half of 2025.
