Stagwell, the global marketing network, has created a segment-based growth structure and appointed three senior leaders to drive integrated growth across its Marketing Services and Media & Commerce divisions.
Jabari Hearn and Julie Levin have been named SVP of Strategic Growth, Marketing Services, while Lynne Reilly has been appointed SVP of Strategic Growth, Media & Commerce. The appointments follow the recent hire of Nicole Souza as Chief Growth Officer, North America, with additional segment-based growth leaders spanning Digital Transformation, Communications & Advocacy, and The Marketing Cloud expected later this year.
Hearn brings experience across AKQA, Nike, Google, and Lyft, and will focus on CPG and retail, technology, sports and lifestyle, and mobility sectors. Levin comes from agency growth leadership roles at Publicis NA, The Martin Agency, and Horizon Media, alongside client-side experience at Verizon, and will cover financial services, automotive, telecom, entertainment, and sports. Reilly brings senior experience from GroupM North America, Wavemaker, and UM, and will oversee Stagwell’s full media, data, commerce, and performance offering.
The new structure is led by Ryan Linder, EVP and Global Chief Marketing Officer, and is designed to create a more direct connection between Stagwell’s capabilities and the enterprise-level clients it serves.
