Standard Lithium announced that Karen Narwold will resign from the company’s Board of Directors effective September 15, 2026, following her acceptance of a new executive position.
The company said the new role brings increased time commitments that led to Narwold’s decision to step down from the board.
Following Narwold’s departure, Standard Lithium’s board will consist of eight directors.
Standard Lithium has initiated a search for a new independent director. The company said it is seeking a candidate whose experience and expertise will complement the existing board and support its continued growth and strategic objectives. An appointment is expected to be announced after the search process concludes.
