Clarametyx Biosciences: Investment Raised From Kineticos AMR Accelerator Fund

Clarametyx Biosciences (a clinical-stage company developing targeted and immune-enabling biologic therapies to counter persistent infections associated with biofilms) and Kineticos Life Sciences (a life sciences investor focused on companies looking to disrupt how drugs are developed, diseases are diagnosed, and patients are treated) announced an investment by the Kineticos AMR Accelerator Fund I. Aligned with the funding, KAMRA Venture Partner Douglas Thomson will join the Clarametyx Board of Directors.

Lindus Health: ‘Anti-CRO’ Company Raises $55 Million (Series B)

Hone Health: $33 Million (Series A) Raised And ivee Acquisition

Hone Health, a leading telehealth clinic specializing in preventative and proactive longevity care, announced that it crossed 300,000 patients tested, 55,000 patients treated, and completed a $33 million Series A funding round with participation by Tribe Capital, PIF, Republic Capital, Vibe VC, Humbition, Hanwha, Gaingels, Looking Glass Capital, FJ Labs, and Agent Capital. This brings Hone Health's total funding to $39 million.

Helion: Fusion Energy Company Raises $425 Million (Series F) At $5.425 Billion Valuation

Fusion energy company Helion announced a $425 million Series F funding round that will be used to scale commercialization efforts for the company’s fusion technology. This oversubscribed and upsized round had participation from new investors, including Lightspeed Venture Partners, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and a major university endowment, and existing investors, including Sam Altman, Mithril Capital, Capricorn Investment Group, Dustin Moskovitz through Good Ventures Foundation, and Nucor. This latest funding round will bring the total invested in Helion to over $1 billion and value the company at $5.425 billion post-money.

Quibim: Imaging Biomarker Company Raises $50 Million (Series A)

Quibim, a leading health technology company pioneering imaging biomarkers for precision medicine, announced the closing of its $50 million Series A funding round. And the company has experienced remarkable growth in the number of patients analyzed by its products over the past year. This funding was led by Asabys (through its fund Sabadell Asabys II) and Buenavista Equity Partners (through the BHG I fund, created in partnership with Columbus Venture Partners), and joined by UI Investissements, and GoHub Ventures as new investors. Current investors also joined them: Amadeus Capital Partners, APEX Ventures, Partech, Adara Ventures and Leadwind (KFund’s early growth fund), and individual investors, including Tony Fadell (Build Collective Principal, Nest founder and inventor of the iPod), and Dr. Jonathan Milner (founder of Abcam).

The funding round, including investments from UBS AG (UBS), Carahsoft Technology Group (Carahsoft), and AE Industrial Partners (AE Industrial), positions Hypori to accelerate the adoption of zero-trust bring-your-own-device (BYOD) programs through a secure mobile access platform technology in existing and emerging markets. With the closing of this extension, Hypori raised $35 million in Series B funding.
