Stewart Information Services Corporation has acquired Tower Title, expanding its National Commercial Services business and strengthening its Energy & Infrastructure title capabilities.
Tower Title is a national provider of title services focused primarily on the telecommunications industry. The acquisition is expected to expand Stewart’s service capabilities and transaction volume while further diversifying its commercial business.
Founded in 2019, Tower Title provides services across telecommunications and has also developed expertise supporting solar farms, wind turbines, data centers and billboards.
The company works with customers across the transaction lifecycle and has built its operations around customized title services and energy infrastructure expertise.
Tower Title’s team will continue driving the business within Stewart under the leadership of Matt Skalka, Senior Vice President of Stewart’s Energy & Infrastructure Group.
Stewart expects the combination to strengthen its positioning as commercial energy and infrastructure development creates increasing demand for specialized title services nationwide.
