Stifel Europe has appointed Harry Brun as a Managing Director in its Global Technology Group, based in London. The hire expands the firm’s European technology and software investment banking capabilities, particularly across enterprise application software and cybersecurity.
Brun joins Stifel from Raymond James’ Technology and Services team and brings more than 20 years of investment banking experience. During his career, he has advised technology and software companies, founders, and private equity investors across Europe.
He has also developed relationships across the European private equity market and advised on a range of notable software and cybersecurity transactions. Stifel said Brun’s experience will strengthen its ability to support European clients through the firm’s broader global platform and U.S. capabilities.
The appointment represents another investment by Stifel in its European technology franchise as the firm continues building out its advisory capabilities and senior talent across the region.
