Stonefield Economics announced that VALUE Incorporated has joined its national economic consulting and dispute advisory platform. Stonefield is backed by Trinity Hunt Partners.
VALUE is an Irving, Texas-based financial valuation and economic damages consulting firm founded in 2000.
The transaction represents Stonefield’s third strategic acquisition and follows its recent addition of Hancock Firm.
VALUE works with law firms, corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms, and fiduciaries.
Its services include business, securities, and intellectual property valuations, economic loss calculations, and consulting related to commercial litigation, family law, trusts and estates, financial reporting, tax matters, and transactions.
The firm has spent more than two decades building its presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
VALUE will continue serving existing clients and employees while gaining access to Stonefield’s broader infrastructure and resources.
Stonefield said the combination adds additional depth across commercial litigation, family law, and trust and estate consulting.
The company continues to pursue partnerships with economic damages, forensic accounting, and valuation firms throughout North America.
KEY QUOTES:
“VALUE has never had a strategy beyond taking care of every client, every time, and that’s exactly what drew us to Stonefield. Joining a platform that shares that same commitment to clients and people gives our team the continuity to keep doing what we do best, backed by new infrastructure, resources, and leadership opportunities as the platform grows.”
David Fuller, Partner at VALUE Incorporated
“David has built VALUE around something rare in this industry: the ability to simplify complex concepts for the clients who depend on that guidance. That kind of thought partnership and reliability is what earns client loyalty over decades, and it’s exactly the discipline we want at the center of Stonefield’s platform.”
