Stout Acquires Pointe Advisory And Launches Stout Strategy Practice

Stout has acquired Pointe Advisory and launched a new strategy consulting practice as it expands its advisory platform for private equity sponsors and corporate clients.

The global advisory firm said the combination adds nearly 100 professionals and establishes “Stout Strategy,” a newly formed practice focused on growth strategy and value creation consulting, commercial and vendor due diligence, and competitive intelligence. Stout said the expanded offering will support clients ranging from upper middle-market companies to Fortune 500 organizations, as well as private equity sponsors and Offices of the CFO.

Pointe Advisory, an insights-driven strategic advisory firm, serves clients across industrials, healthcare, and professional services. Stout said Pointe brings a proprietary fact base and an evidence-driven approach that will deepen Stout’s ability to deliver services including commercial roadmaps and strategic planning, opportunity identification, market sizing, competitive landscape benchmarking and monitoring, go-to-market strategy, market research, voice-of-the-customer insights, and post-M&A integration support.

Stout said the transaction closed on Dec. 16, 2025, and represents its second acquisition since Integrum’s investment in July 2025. Winston & Strawn provided legal counsel to Stout, Clearsight Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor, and Reed Smith provided legal counsel to Pointe Advisory.
