Stradley Ronon: Matthew Sadofsky Joins As Capital Markets Partner In NY

Matthew Sadofsky has joined Stradley Ronon as a corporate partner in New York after nearly 20 years at Ropes & Gray.

His experience covers capital markets and corporate finance for public and private companies, investment banks, and institutional investors, including IPOs, equity and debt offerings, PIPEs, acquisition financing, and private equity transactions.

Matt advises issuers and financial institutions on securities compliance and corporate governance, and also counsels BDCs, registered funds, and closed-end funds on regulatory issues under the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and the Investment Company Act of 1940. His addition follows other recent hires in the firm’s New York office.
