Strata Mental Health Solutions has been selected for one of five U.S. healthcare provider training grants awarded by Compass Pathways to develop provider training programs for COMP360, Compass’ investigational psilocybin treatment.
The program is being developed in anticipation of potential approval of COMP360.
Strata’s founders previously worked with Compass on the training program used by clinicians who supported and monitored patients in COMP360 clinical trials.
Compass has reported positive results from two Phase 3 trials of COMP360 and expects to complete its rolling NDA submission during the fourth quarter of 2026. A potential commercial launch is targeted for the first half of 2027, subject to approval.
Strata plans to develop provider training around the model used during the clinical trials, including structured training and certification for multidisciplinary treatment teams.
The company’s broader implementation platform also covers clinic readiness, workflows, patient screening, escalation pathways, quality assurance, case-based supervision and ongoing support.
The goal is to prepare clinical networks for regulated psychedelic treatment programs and help translate clinical trial protocols into real-world psychiatric care.
