Streamside Parks Acquires Seven Premium RV Resorts Across Five States for $97 Million

Nashville-based Streamside Parks has acquired a $97 million portfolio of seven premium RV resorts, expanding its footprint into five new states and adding 1,562 RV sites to its national platform.

The acquisition is intended to support strategic portfolio optimization and long-term enterprise value growth amid growing institutional interest in the outdoor hospitality sector. The acquired resorts include Verde River RV Resort & Cottages in Camp Verde, Arizona; Indian Waters RV Resort in Indio, California; Fayetteville RV Resort and Cottages in Wade, North Carolina; Raleigh Oaks RV Resort and Cottages in Four Oaks, North Carolina; Twin Grove RV Resort & Cottages in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania; Americamps RV Resort & Cottages in Ashland, Virginia; and North Landing Beach RV Resort & Cottages in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

With the addition of these properties, Streamside now owns and operates 37 RV resorts and campgrounds totaling more than 4,200 RV sites across 16 states. Founded in 2023, the company has quickly become one of the fastest-growing owner-operators in the outdoor hospitality sector.
