Striveworks, an AI operations company focused on national security missions, announced a strategic growth investment led by Washington Harbour Partners to expand its capabilities across U.S. and allied defense communities.
The Austin and Washington-based company said the new capital will be used to enhance its product offerings, grow its engineering and research and development teams, and scale delivery to meet rising demand for operational artificial intelligence across government agencies.
Striveworks has established itself as a key partner to the U.S. government, with its platform deployed across multiple agencies and divisions. The company is also involved in the U.S. Army’s $100 million flagship AI initiative alongside major defense technology players and contributes to broader efforts to accelerate AI adoption across national security operations.
The funding comes amid increasing emphasis by policymakers on integrating AI into defense systems. Recent federal initiatives, including the 2025 AI Action Plan and the FY2026 National Defense Authorization Act, highlight the urgency of deploying AI capabilities to maintain a strategic edge.
Striveworks focuses on enabling organizations to deploy, govern, monitor, and sustain AI systems in real-world environments, particularly in complex and contested settings. Its proprietary platform, Chariot, supports mission-critical applications including command and control systems, border operations, and autonomous maritime programs.
The company said its approach addresses a central challenge facing governments: balancing the need for rapid, mission-ready AI deployment with the requirement for rigorous testing, transparency, and safety standards.
Striveworks has also been recognized as one of the fastest-growing technology companies in North America and continues to expand its role in large-scale defense programs, including the U.S. Army’s Next Generation Command and Control initiative.
