Submer announced it will acquire Radian Arc Operations as it pushes further into sovereign, telecom-embedded GPU cloud services and expands its AI infrastructure offering from centralized datacenters to edge compute.
The deal brings together Submer’s InferX platform, which it describes as its NVIDIA Cloud Partner offering launched earlier this year, with Radian Arc’s carrier-embedded GPU edge computing platform. Submer said Radian Arc is deployed across more than 70 telecom and edge compute customers globally, with thousands of GPUs in operation, and that the combined footprint will span North America, Europe, the UK, India, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Submer positioned the acquisition as a way to deliver sovereign, low-latency AI infrastructure inside telecom networks, where workloads such as cloud gaming and AI inference often require high performance with minimal delay. The company said Radian Arc’s platform enables data sovereignty by processing data in-country within local infrastructure and integrating with telco billing and data systems.
Submer also said the acquisition adds a diversified, long-term customer base with production use cases that are already monetizable, and strengthens its pitch as a single accountable partner for end-to-end AI infrastructure. As part of that broader strategy, Submer highlighted access to land and power pipelines exceeding 5GW across the UK, the U.S., India, and the Middle East through partner consortiums along with modular datacenter delivery capabilities, and in-house liquid cooling and systems expertise.
