Sun Auto Network has acquired Integrity Automotive, an Issaquah, Washington-based provider of vehicle maintenance and repair services. The addition expands Sun Auto’s Pacific Northwest network to 25 locations and extends its presence east of the Seattle metropolitan area.
Integrity Automotive provides tire sales and installation, brake service, oil changes, battery replacement, diagnostics and preventive maintenance. The business will gain access to Sun Auto’s operating resources and technology, including digital vehicle inspections, round-the-clock online appointment scheduling and the company’s standardized customer service model.
Sun Auto operates more than 575 tire and automotive service locations across the United States and continues to grow through acquisitions and new-store development. Its strategy focuses on partnering with established local operators while adding centralized technology, training, purchasing and operational support.
The acquisition strengthens Sun Auto’s regional platform in Washington while preserving a presence built around Integrity Automotive’s existing customer relationships and reputation in the Issaquah community.
