Suncrete announced the completion of its acquisition of ABC Block Company, expanding its footprint into new markets and enhancing its scale across the U.S. Sunbelt region.

Headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, ABC supplies concrete products to customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Mississippi and operates a fleet of more than 40 delivery vehicles.

Suncrete completed the acquisition of ABC Block Company, marking the company’s fifth acquisition since going public on April 9, 2026.

Founded more than 50 years ago, ABC provides concrete products for commercial, residential, and public projects and has established operations across Arkansas and neighboring states.

Suncrete said the acquisition supports its strategy of expanding market share, driving organic growth, and entering new markets through accretive acquisitions. The company believes the addition of ABC will strengthen its regional presence and contribute to continued growth across the Sunbelt.

The acquisition broadens Suncrete’s vertically integrated logistics and distribution platform, which operates batching plants, mixer truck fleets, and dispatch infrastructure serving infrastructure, commercial, and residential construction customers.
