SunSource Holdings, a technical solution-based industrial distributor, has completed its acquisition of Vytl Controls Group, a distributor of flow control products and maintenance, repair, and operations services serving the marine, chemical, downstream energy, and other industrial sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal is positioned as an expansion of SunSource’s flow control solutions capabilities and its distribution footprint. SunSource said the combination adds specialized technical sales and service resources and supports its broader strategy of building deeper technical expertise and value-added capabilities for industrial operators.
Vytl Controls Group is based in Woodland, Texas, and operates 32 branches across 11 states. The company designs, assembles, distributes, and repairs valves, actuators, and related flow control products. Vytl operates through four divisions: Setpoint Integrated Solutions, Valsource, W&O, and A-T Controls, spanning process control and valve repair services, industrial valve repair and remanufacturing, maritime engineered solutions and technical services, and manual and automated process valve design and assembly.
