Sunvair has acquired Aircraft Systems, a Miami‑based FAA and EASA 145 Repair Station with extensive capabilities across hydraulic, electro‑hydraulic, landing gear, mechanical, electro‑mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and airframe components.
The acquisition broadens Sunvair’s product and service offerings and strengthens its position as a full‑spectrum maintenance, repair and overhaul provider for commercial and cargo operators worldwide. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Aircraft Systems brings more than 40 years of experience and a long‑standing reputation for high‑quality component repair and overhaul. The company holds unlimited Accessory Class I, II and III ratings, along with Limited Landing Gear and Limited Airframe Ratings, enabling it to service a wide range of aircraft systems. Key personnel will remain in place, ensuring continuity for customers as the business integrates into the Sunvair Aerospace Group platform.
Sunvair said the acquisition aligns with its strategy of expanding accessories and component capabilities to become a primary service provider for customers’ maintenance and repair needs. The company continues to grow through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions that complement its strengths across avionics, instruments, electrical systems, cargo loading systems, coatings, hydraulics, pneumatics, electro‑mechanical actuation, water and waste systems, and landing gear repair. Founded in 1955, Sunvair maintains state‑of‑the‑art facilities across the United States and holds Parts Manufacturer Approval for many of its products.
