Superior Environmental Solutions announced the acquisition of J&S Industrial Services, marking the company’s fifth acquisition since Palladium Equity Partners took ownership in 2023 and its third transaction completed in 2025. The addition of J&S strengthens SES’s presence in the Greater St. Louis region and broadens its Midwest service network with increased capacity across key industrial markets.
SES, a provider of environmental and industrial services, continues to build scale through a targeted expansion strategy focused on partnering with established regional operators. The acquisition brings J&S’s capabilities in vacuum services, hydro-excavation, hydroblasting, and waste management into SES’s growing platform. The deal also expands SES’s reach across Missouri, Illinois, and neighboring states, enhancing support for industrial and infrastructure customers in sectors such as metals, minerals, utilities, chemicals, and food and agriculture.
Founded in 2020, J&S Industrial Services has established recurring and outage-related service relationships across the region, supported by a modern fleet and a team with experience in high-demand industrial environments. SES emphasized that the acquisition aligns with its mission to deepen customer relationships, broaden operational capacity, and strengthen service coverage through strategic partnerships.
The company credited Palladium Equity Partners for continued support as SES accelerates its growth trajectory through acquisitions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL served as legal advisor to SES.
