SuperOps has added three senior leaders across product, industry engagement, and strategy as the autonomous endpoint management company expands its AI-native platform for enterprise IT teams.
Smita Hashim has joined SuperOps as an advisor, Kenneth Gonzalez as Industry Evangelist, and Yogesh Ranjan as Vice President and Head of Products. The company said the appointments are intended to strengthen its push toward autonomous endpoint management, where AI agents increasingly perform routine IT operations under human supervision.
SuperOps develops an Autonomous Endpoint Management, or AEM, platform designed to help IT teams deploy AI agents that can handle routine infrastructure management within policies and guardrails established by administrators.
The broader goal is to shift IT operations from responding manually to tickets and incidents toward systems that can identify problems, anticipate issues and take actions with less direct human intervention.
Hashim brings 25 years of experience building and scaling technology products in Silicon Valley. She is currently a partner at Disruptive Ventures and previously served as Chief Product Officer at Zoom.
As an advisor to SuperOps, Hashim will work with the company on product, artificial intelligence and go-to-market decisions as it develops the next generation of its platform.
Her appointment gives SuperOps access to an executive who has worked on scaling large enterprise software products while the company attempts to evolve endpoint management from a primarily human-operated function toward an increasingly autonomous model.
Gonzalez joins after more than six years as an analyst at Gartner, where he advised IT organizations on infrastructure and operations.
As Industry Evangelist, he will work directly with IT leaders, customers and prospects before and after the sale, helping organizations navigate AI-driven changes in workplace technology while bringing customer feedback and operational challenges back into SuperOps’ product development process.
Ranjan joins as Vice President and Head of Products and will lead strategy and execution for the SuperOps AEM platform.
He most recently served as a Senior Director at Cisco, where he led Cisco and Splunk observability platforms. Ranjan brings more than 20 years of experience spanning observability, cloud infrastructure and AI.
His appointment comes as SuperOps argues that endpoint management is entering a fundamental transition.
Traditional IT management software has historically surfaced alerts, generated metrics and given administrators tools to execute predefined actions. Agentic AI introduces the possibility of software that can reason across structured and unstructured information, determine the appropriate response and dynamically take action.
SuperOps is positioning its platform around that shift, with humans setting policies and governance boundaries while autonomous agents handle an increasing portion of routine operational work.
The company believes this could eventually reduce reliance on ticket-driven IT processes, allowing administrators to spend more time overseeing policy, governance and broader infrastructure strategy.
SuperOps was founded by Arvind Parthiban and is backed by Addition, March Capital, Z47, Elevation Capital and Tanglin Venture Partners.
The three appointments give the company additional expertise across enterprise product development, industry research, customer engagement and AI infrastructure as it works to establish autonomous endpoint management as a distinct category within enterprise IT software.
KEY QUOTES:
“AI is changing the way IT teams work and what they need from their technology. We’re building SuperOps for that future, with software that can help IT teams understand what is happening across their environment, anticipate what is coming, and increasingly act on their behalf.”
Arvind Parthiban, CEO and Co-Founder of SuperOps
“We are in an era of AI transformation that is both needed and inevitable, and companies have to go through it to keep scaling, but a coat of paint will not cut it. The product itself has to change so it can unlock what was not possible before, and that is exactly the move SuperOps is making from endpoint management to autonomous endpoint management.”
Smita Hashim, Advisor at SuperOps
“What drew me to SuperOps is that it is not just about the technology. It is about helping customers find a different way of working. This new age of AI offers a rare chance to step back and rethink how we work, for both people and organizations.”
Kenneth Gonzalez, Industry Evangelist at SuperOps
“The AEM space is ripe for disruption as well as growth expansion. What’s different this time is that we’ve moved from human-driven execution to human-supervised execution by autonomous agents.”
“The real opportunity is to end the ticket-driven IT culture and make IT admins superheroes managing policy orchestration and governance.”
Yogesh Ranjan, Vice President and Head of Products at SuperOps
