By Amit Chowdhry • Jan 6, 2026

SupplyOne announced it has acquired Wertheimer Box, a Chicago-area corrugated packaging provider, in a deal aimed at expanding SupplyOne’s presence in the Midwest and strengthening its custom corrugated packaging offering.

Wertheimer Box, founded in 1939 and based in McCook, Illinois, produces custom shipping boxes, branded packaging, e-commerce mailers and point-of-purchase retail displays. The company has expanded into dedicated e-commerce packaging solutions, on-demand products and digital printing under president Doug Wertheimer, who took over leadership in 2004.

SupplyOne said the acquisition broadens its reach in the Chicago market and combines Wertheimer Box’s custom corrugated production expertise with SupplyOne’s national scale and broader packaging portfolio. The company expects the combination to provide customers with more packaging options, faster lead times and enhanced services. Wertheimer Box marks SupplyOne’s 46th acquisition.
