SupplyOne, a North American distributor of custom corrugated and value-added packaging solutions, has acquired Vital Pack, a California-based packaging distributor known for its in-house label printing capabilities and strong regional presence. This marks SupplyOne’s first acquisition in California and its 44th overall since the company was founded 27 years ago.
Established in 2019 by James Luyben, Vital Pack operates from two adjacent warehouse facilities in Signal Hill, near the Port of Long Beach. While serving customers nationwide, the majority of its business is concentrated in California. The company offers a broad range of packaging and shipping products, including stretch film, shrink bundling film, flexible packaging, corrugated materials, and custom printed labels.
The acquisition strengthens SupplyOne’s footprint in the Western United States and enhances its capabilities in flexible packaging and custom label production. Vital Pack’s printing expertise complements SupplyOne’s existing digital printing and converting operations, enabling the combined business to deliver more high-impact, customized packaging solutions to customers in the region.
