Swoop announced the acquisition of prescription management platform Nimble, expanding its healthcare engagement portfolio with prescription fulfillment and pharmacy connectivity capabilities. The deal strengthens Swoop’s position in AI-driven, data-powered, and privacy-compliant healthcare engagement by adding prescription management services that support patients, pharmacies, healthcare providers, and life sciences companies.
Nimble operates across independent pharmacies in all 50 states and enables approximately 16 million patients to fill, refill, pay for, and manage prescriptions through a digital-first experience. The platform is designed to streamline prescription access, improve medication fulfillment efficiency, and support long-term therapy adherence.
With the acquisition, Swoop is extending its platform beyond healthcare engagement and marketing into direct patient impact and prescription fulfillment. The company said the addition of Nimble will help life sciences companies better connect aggregated insights and privacy-safe technologies with patient needs, while supporting improved therapy adoption and health outcomes.
Swoop’s existing portfolio helps life sciences organizations reach patients and healthcare providers, coordinate omnichannel engagement strategies, and accelerate therapy adoption. By integrating Nimble’s prescription fulfillment platform, Swoop said it can now connect real-world pharmacy and prescription signals with broader healthcare engagement initiatives.
The acquisition also expands Swoop’s integrated ecosystem, which now spans audience intelligence, community engagement, AI-powered web solutions, omnichannel activation, and prescription management. The combined platform is intended to help healthcare and life sciences companies deliver more measurable commercial and patient outcomes throughout the treatment lifecycle.
Nimble’s technology modernizes pharmacy workflows and simplifies functions including prescription fills and refills, patient communications, and mobile checkout. The company said its digital interventions improve medication adherence by 26% to 40% while helping pharmacists reduce administrative burdens and spend more time on patient care.
As part of Swoop’s privacy-by-design strategy, Nimble’s prescription fulfillment data will integrate into Swoop’s commercial intelligence layer, allowing life sciences companies to better support therapy adoption, patient adherence, and healthcare engagement efforts using privacy-safe and aggregated signals.
