SynthBee, a stealth startup building a proprietary “Collaborative Intelligence” (CI) platform, said it has completed $100 million in funding with Crosspoint Capital Partners following an initial $20 million seed round and an additional $80 million secured last week. The company said the investment will support expansion into new markets, ongoing hiring, and continued development of its CI technology.

The company positions its platform as a secure, auditable system that helps enterprises accelerate work across product and technology lifecycles, including complex scientific, engineering, design, compliance, and creative challenges. SynthBee said its customer base spans industries including medical technology and healthcare, aerospace and defense, advanced manufacturing, automotive, financial services, and other technology and media sectors.

SynthBee was founded by Rony Abovitz, known for MAKO Surgical, which Stryker acquired for $1.65 billion, and for Magic Leap. The company said it aims to bring the same category-defining approach to enterprise workflows that require high privacy, reliability, and human oversight, particularly in regulated environments.

Crosspoint Capital, which focuses on cybersecurity, privacy, infrastructure, and AI software markets, said it was drawn to SynthBee’s customer value proposition and the opportunity to help organizations harness intelligence “at speed and with confidence.”
