SYS Financial, one of Ireland’s leading financial advisory firms, has acquired ODM Financial Advisers, a well-established financial advisory firm based in Bandon, County Cork. The deal increases SYS Financial’s client assets under management by €120 million, bringing total client AUM to over €900 million. The acquisition marks SYS Financial’s third deal in Cork within the past year and forms part of a broader acquisition strategy, with several additional deals reported to be in the pipeline.
Founded in 2016, ODM Financial Advisers has built a strong reputation across the Munster region for client-focused, impartial financial advice. As part of the acquisition, ODM directors Dan Murphy and Kieran Hurley will join SYS Financial, with the Bandon-based team continuing to serve clients locally as part of the wider SYS Financial network.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Nenagh with offices in Dublin, Cork, and Limerick, SYS Financial provides tailored financial solutions for employers, individuals, families, and private wealth clients across areas including retirement and inheritance planning, mortgage advice, and employee benefits.
