SysAid has appointed veteran B2B SaaS finance executive Jason Schwartz as chief financial officer, strengthening its leadership team as the IT and enterprise service management provider accelerates its growth strategy and invests in long-term scale.

Schwartz joins SysAid after serving as CFO of Similarweb, where he helped guide the company’s evolution from a startup to a public company. At SysAid, he will work with the executive team and board as the company expands its footprint and advances an AI-first roadmap to automate IT service management workflows.

Schwartz has held CFO and senior finance roles across multiple high-tech companies, including Clarizen, Actimize, Cyota, and Shopping.com, where he served as VP of finance and CFO through the company’s IPO. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a certified public accountant with an accounting degree from Yeshiva University.

SysAid positions its platform around “agentic” AI capabilities designed to automate repetitive IT tasks, with the goal of reducing reactive work and allowing IT teams to focus on higher-value initiatives. The company said it serves more than 5,000 customers, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises, across 140 countries.
