Sysdyne Acquires Slabstack To Create AI-Powered End-To-End Platform For Construction Materials Producers

Sysdyne Technologies has acquired Slabstack, a move that creates what the company describes as the industry’s first unified, cloud native, AI powered ecosystem connecting pricing, CRM, sales, operations, dispatch, delivery and billing across the construction materials value chain.

The deal expands Sysdyne’s capabilities beyond its core ready-mix footprint. And it strengthens its position across aggregates and asphalt by integrating Slabstack’s intelligent pricing and sales-optimization platform into the broader Sysdyne Cloud environment.

The acquisition aims to solve a long-standing challenge in the heavy building materials sector, where producers often rely on multiple disconnected systems to manage quoting, pricing, dispatch, batching, customer communication, and billing. Sysdyne plans to merge Slabstack’s CRM and pricing intelligence engine with its operational data to create a single platform linking commercial decisions to real-time production and delivery capabilities.
