System One Holdings announced it has acquired Cypress Consulting, adding a Bethesda, Maryland-based technology consulting firm focused on cloud architecture, data engineering, cybersecurity, and digital transformation as the company continues to build out its critical infrastructure and data center services capabilities.
The deal brings Cypress Consulting’s experience in designing, automating and securing data center and local network infrastructure into System One’s broader platform of specialized outsourced services and workforce solutions. System One said the acquisition strengthens its ability to support client initiatives across complex data center and cloud based network environments, particularly in areas such as network engineering, automation and security.
Founded in 2011, Cypress Consulting has worked with data center and enterprise customers on projects tied to IT and network modernization, with an emphasis on measurable outcomes and client specific delivery. System One described the acquisition as a strategic addition to its growing critical infrastructure practice, aimed at meeting demand for scalable, technically specialized services as organizations modernize digital operations.
System One said Cypress Consulting will continue operating under its existing brand in the near term. The companies said integration efforts will focus on aligning capabilities so they can deliver expanded services to clients, with Cypress’s consultants and network engineers contributing to System One’s support of digital transformation programs across data center and cloud network domains.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
