Systems Planning And Analysis Receives $30.75 Million Space Systems Command Modification

Systems Planning and Analysis has received a $30.75 million modification to an existing U.S. Space Systems Command contract supporting platform delivery.

The modification increases the contract’s total cumulative face value to approximately $312.9 million from about $282.15 million.

The new work covers additional cloud computing resources, software licenses, platform integration and workspace enablement.

These capabilities support continued platform delivery under the existing contract.

Work will be performed in El Segundo, California, and Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Completion is expected by December 31, 2029.

Approximately $867,552 in fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funding is being obligated with the modification.

Space Systems Command at Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity.

The modification was awarded on November 3, 2026.

Cloud resources and software licensing are increasingly central components of military digital platforms, enabling distributed teams to access computing environments, development tools and operational capabilities.

The additional platform integration work will support the connection of those resources with existing systems and workflows.

Workspace enablement can include development and operational environments used by government personnel, contractors and technical teams supporting mission systems.

The latest modification represents an approximately 10.9% increase over the previous cumulative contract value.

Systems Planning and Analysis provides technical, analytical and systems engineering services across national security markets.

The contract modification carries number P00031 against previously awarded contract FA8806-25-F-B002.
