Taboola has agreed to acquire Dianomi, a digital advertising company focused on premium business, finance and lifestyle audiences, as it expands the specialized inventory available through its Realize performance advertising platform.
The transaction is expected to close before the end of 2026, subject to customary regulatory conditions and approval by Dianomi shareholders.
Dianomi connects financial advertisers, including Charles Schwab, Invesco, and Bank of America, with audiences across hundreds of premium publishers, including Reuters, CNN Business, The Times, and The Wall Street Journal.
More than 600 advertisers and publishers use Dianomi’s platform.
Taboola plans to combine those relationships with Realize, its performance advertising platform that uses first-party data, AI and Taboola’s publisher network to help advertisers drive measurable outcomes.
The acquisition is particularly focused on strengthening Taboola’s position in financial advertising, where brand safety, audience quality and publisher context can be important considerations for major banks, investment managers and other financial institutions.
Realize currently reaches more than 600 million daily active users through Taboola’s relationships with publishers, digital properties and device manufacturers. Customers and partners include publishers such as NBC News and Yahoo as well as OEMs including Samsung and Xiaomi.
The combination would give Dianomi advertisers access to Taboola’s broader performance technology while giving Taboola a more specialized collection of premium financial publisher relationships.
The proposed acquisition is being pursued under the U.K. City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
