Titan Holdings, a San Francisco-based holding company focused on building and scaling AI-native businesses across major industries, announced that its newest venture, Tala Health, has secured $100 million in financing to expand access to patient-centric healthcare through the use of artificial intelligence. Sofreh Capital led the funding round.
Tala Health is designed to provide continuous support across the patient journey by equipping clinicians with AI-driven agents that simplify care delivery. Patients can access Tala Health virtually at any time, enabling rapid assessments and referrals when in-person care is necessary. The company aims to compress the overall time from symptom onset to resolution while improving outcomes and reducing costs for healthcare payers.
The newly raised capital will be used to grow the company’s AI and clinical teams, accelerate product development, and broaden partnerships with healthcare providers and institutions throughout the United States. The company plans to leverage its vertically integrated model to reach more patients and support clinicians with improved operational efficiency.
Tala Health expands Titan Holdings’ growing portfolio of AI-first operating companies. Titan’s businesses include DocuBridge, which develops AI tools to support growth equity and finance workflows, and Neuron ERP Solutions, which applies AI agents to streamline managed enterprise IT services. Titan Holdings was founded in 2014 by entrepreneur and scientist Ritankar Das and focuses on deploying AI infrastructure and domain expertise to modernize essential industries.
