Tavant has announced recently it has released FinLeads on Salesforce AppExchange, which empowers customers to create one universal workspace for loan officers to intuitively collaborate and engage borrowers through an integrative mortgage application journey. By utilizing FinLeads, lenders gain an integrated view of their pipelines across various locations nationwide. And it harnesses data from multiple systems and delivers that information to loan officers, allowing them to create personalized customer journeys and close loans faster.

And by providing a single interface for the whole ‘lead to loan’ journey, the solution can be used for improving efficiency, driving better throughput, and delivering intelligence to help loan officers address the important customers with the appropriate solutions for their financial service’s needs.
