Tavoron announced the acquisition of Fluidraulics, an automation component and system distributor serving customers across Pennsylvania and Ohio.
The acquisition expands Tavoron’s Automation Distribution segment and strengthens its motion control offerings. It also extends the company’s geographic reach into the Pittsburgh and Cleveland markets.
Fluidraulics has operated since 1967 and has built a reputation for providing automation solutions supported by quality products, competitive pricing, and customer service. The company specializes in pneumatic automation and supplies components such as air cylinders, actuators, grippers, valves, fittings, sensors, and FRLs.
Fluidraulics also provides application and implementation support to help customers select and deploy automation components and systems. The company serves medical and industrial customers from operations supporting the Pittsburgh and Cleveland areas.
The deal supports Tavoron’s strategy of delivering integrated, end-to-end automation solutions that combine electrical and fluid power technologies. By adding Fluidraulics’ product offering, vendor relationships, and technical expertise, Tavoron is strengthening its ability to serve OEMs, manufacturers, and industrial facilities seeking efficient and reliable production systems.
Fluidraulics will continue serving customers across Pennsylvania and Ohio while maintaining its team, vendor relationships, and high-touch service model. The company will integrate into Tavoron’s broader automation distribution business.
The transaction represents Tavoron’s fifth add-on acquisition since partnering with Fusion Capital Partners. Tavoron is a Fusion Capital Partners portfolio company focused on manufacturing automation and industrial systems.
