Tayeh Capital Group announced the appointment of Scott Harrison as Operating Partner as the private equity firm continues building its middle-market investment platform focused on professional and industrial services companies.
Harrison brings more than 35 years of leadership experience across industrial, engineering, manufacturing, and technology sectors.
In his new role, Harrison will work alongside Tayeh Capital Group’s investment team and portfolio company management teams to support operational improvement initiatives and broader value creation efforts.
The firm said Harrison’s operational expertise aligns closely with its investment strategy and focus on business services companies.
Harrison most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and board member of RESA Power, where he led the company’s growth strategy and helped oversee its sale in April 2025.
Prior to RESA Power, Harrison served as CEO and board member of Depot Connect International, Rea Magnet Wire Company, and Azure Dynamics. He also previously served as Group President at Hayes Lemmerz International and held senior executive roles across multiple industrial and manufacturing businesses.
Tayeh Capital Group was founded in 2025 by Dave Tayeh and Jay Alix with backing from GCM Grosvenor through its Elevate Fund.
The firm focuses primarily on partnering with founders and management teams of family-owned and rapidly growing middle-market companies.
