Shpilsky has been appointed Group Head, Global Technology and Solutions, while continuing to lead TD’s Global Technology and Solutions organization.

Under his leadership, TD has deployed new technology platforms and AI-enabled applications intended to improve internal operations, resilience, security, customer experience and growth across the bank’s businesses.
