Tekst announced the closing of a $13.5 million Series A financing round led by Elephant, with existing investor Entourage VC also increasing its investment in the company.
The company said the new capital will be used to accelerate development of its Process Intelligence platform, expand product capabilities, scale go-to-market operations, and support broader enterprise adoption as organizations increasingly deploy AI-driven automation systems across core business functions.
Tekst focuses on helping enterprises better understand, structure, and operationalize internal processes so AI agents can automate workflows more effectively at scale. According to Tekst, many organizations face challenges deploying AI automation beyond limited pilot programs because operational processes are fragmented across systems, teams, and undocumented workflows.
